Other Pages:. Filter Posts. I've been reading up on some Dolphin topics, and one I ran across was the lack of Wii MotionPlus support. I know that Skyward Sword 'runs' on Dolphin. By 'runs', I mean that FPS wise, it's fine.
I've heard that there are problems when combat is involved, something important to lose out on in the Zelda series. With that being said, is Skyward Sword 100% playable on Dolphin? What problems would I expect if I played through the game? Is the only way you can play Skyward Sword without hiccups is through the Wii itself? EDIT: I have a legit Wiimote, since I actually own a Wii, but I prefer Dolphin due to upscaling and being able to use my wireless Xbox 360 controller for Gamecube games. Would a Wiimote, a Wii MotionPlus attachment, and a wireless sensor DolphinBar be enough to run the game without problems?

Jul 06, 2016 You will find an emulator for all of the following operating systems: Android, BlackBerry, iOS, Linux, Mac, Windows, & Windows Phone. Free Emulator doesn't host roms, we only host emulators. This game on MAC (OSX 10.9.1) PLEASE: Zelda Skyward Sword. (will give you better results when using your real Wiimote Plus).
I played SS a little on dolphin and the only problem I ran into was when you had to use the wiimote to point in different directions to look around to try to locate zelda(this happened once I got to the surface). I think this porblem would be solved with using a sensor bar but I didn't have one. Overall movement and combat worked ok, not perfect but ok.
Again probably would have been better with a sensor bar Edit: Thought I should probably elaborate on the problem I had. When you talk to phi and she has you look for zelda's signal or something (its bee a while since I played, don't really remember what this was called) you have to point your wiimote in differnt directions and teh closer you point it in the right direction the faster it beeps. The problem I had was since I didn't have a sensor bar the remote didn't know what was forward so it was very hard to keep it pointing in any one direction.
